The 23 years old Frank Foks is a singer/songwriter from Rotterdam, the Netherlands. His first experience with a guitar was in the beginning of 2007. Pretty soon he was sure that that, put together with his vocal instrument, was it for him. After writing his first songs he decided to get some of those online at Myspace and from that point it all went really fast. He dropped out of the Artacedemy of Rotterdam in the beginning of 2008 and made a choise to focus on the music. Frank discovered Youtube and made it his number 1 place to get new fans. Loads of people found out about him and showed up at his shows and watched every video Frank posted on Youtube. As a lot of people around Frank will say, also the youtubers tell him that he will be a big star someday. Here are some examples of the loads that he gets on Youtube: - my favorite song EVER. omg why arent you more famous? you deserve way more then 70 comments! As do Frank Foks’s influences; John Mayer, Keith Urban, Justin Nozuka, James Morisson and a lot more. Things around the young Frank are moving quite fast. In January 2008 a journalist and movie producer from Keyframe productions filmed a documentary concerning Frank. The documentary gives you an inside look upon Frank Foks’s life. For that matter you can experience what it’s like to be Frank and how well things have been going for him up until this very moment. The documentary will be kept as a secret that will sometime show itself to the world. Frank has taken a brave dive into the dutch music scene. But this won’t be the end of his journey… In March/April 2010 he will be the supportact during the clubtour for dutch idols winner Nikki. He’s aiming high and definitely ready to cross the dutch borders. Germany is allready the first country to cross the borders for. What will be next?
